At Kudyo, we’re a real estate investment company focused on making the home-selling process simple, transparent, and stress-free. Free education & clarity – We answer questions, explain contracts from a buyer’s perspective, and define common industry terms. You’ll never pay us a dime for this.

Transparency in how we buy – We make our living by buying and wholesaling houses. And we do it with full disclosure: what we pay, why we pay it, and what we earn if we assign the contract.

3 – How We Make Money

We’re upfront about this too:

  • We are buyers. We purchase properties ourselves.
  • We are also wholesalers. If we don’t buy a property, we may assign the contract to another investor in our network, thousands of buyers nationwide.
  • Our compensation is always disclosed in writing. If we earn an assignment fee, you’ll see the number on the closing statement. No surprises, no hidden cuts.
